At G-Styles, we understand the importance of getting your order to you as quickly as possible. That is why we offer fast and reliable shipping options for all of our products. Orders received before 12 PM (Noon) will ship out the same day. Orders received after 12 PM will ship out the next business day. If you require same-day shipping after 12 PM, a $50TTD fee will apply.  Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. For orders placed between 9am P.T – 5pm P.T
Delivery updates will be sent via email or SMS, and you’ll be notified as your driver is approaching. Please be ready to accept your order in person by showing a valid form of ID and your order confirmation.
If you will not be home, please indicate prior to checkout whether you would like the driver to leave the package in a safe space or return to our warehouse.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $250USD in the Caribbean.
We have the following shipping options available in the Caribbean.
Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via UPS or DHL eCommerce
Please allow up to 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy. Please note transit times will vary.
SHIPMENT TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We know carrier issues and delays can happen, if you have not received your order by the 3rd business day after it has been scanned as "Delivered," please contact Customer Service for assistance. We find that carriers may scan a package as “Delivered” when it is still out for delivery and will deliver within the next three business days. If after 3 business days, you have still not located your delivery, and you have checked the surrounding delivery address, Customer Service will coordinate the refund of your order to original payment method for re-ordering.
Note: GSTYLE is not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and requires that a new order is placed with the returned funds.If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
