My order will not process and I know I have available funds?

It is possible that you are providing two different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. You do have the option of paying via PayPal as long as your shipping to a confirmed address.
I want to edit or cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled or edited if they are not in processing. Most orders are in processing within 3 hours of purchase. Please reach out to customer support at customersupport.gstyle101.comt to see if your order can still be edited or canceled.
Why was I charged twice?

If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to help@skims.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
